How does it work?
Best Finance has the ability to arrange many different types of financing for primary residences and investment properties. For many types of investment properties, commissions are allowed to be paid to unlicensed individuals at loan closings. This means you do not have to be a licensed loan officer to be paid for helping close a loan. The commercial world is different! This includes real estate agents, builders, financial advisors, friends, acquaintances, anyone is eligible. The only requirement is that you made an introduction or put in a good word, notified us of this, and the loan was closed. We arrange the financing of the property, and we are able to pay you a portion of the revenue generated. The bigger the funding, the more you get paid. We generally arrange for you to receive 25% of the revenue generated on the deal, while doing 1% of the work, not bad! In certain circumstances, we can offer custom terms.
